She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Collins and Patsy Collins (Lawson); her husband Ron Moore; her stepson Wesley Moore; and her siblings, Lesley, Loxley Collins, Mabel Golden, Garnet Brown, Ruby Hampton, Ruth Marcum, Jewel Lee and Havana Butler.

She is survived by: her children, Bobby Smith (Sarah), Teresa Ronez (Randy), Alan Smith (Pam) and Tammy Kuenzel (Fritz); her siblings, Beloise Collins, James and Herman Collins; and her stepchildren, Mark (Beth), Terry (Cindy), Mike (Kim), Jon Moore and Carolee Bookless (Kevin). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
