He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Miller (Revitzer); his sister Maxine Lucille Onk; his sister-in-law Mary Jane Miller; and his parents, Richard Miller and Lucille Miller.

He is survived by: his son Nathan Miller of Wakeman; and his brother Gary Miller. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
