He was predeceased by: his father Robert Willis Phillips; his daughter Angela Phillips; and his sister Linda Craig. He is survived by: his children, Victoria Wilson (Jason) of Norwalk and Brandon Phillips (Lacey) of Wakeman; his grandchildren, Nathan, Carly and Paisley; and his siblings, Kenneth Phillips (Blanche) of Pennsylvania and Sheila Draudt (Christopher) of North Ridgeville.
