He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Johannsen and Sarah Johannsen; and his brother Robert Johannsen (Pat). He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Richard A. (Erin) and Neil Johannsen (Misty); and his grandchildren, Cassidy, Randi, Samantha, Vivianne and Jesse.
