He is survived by: his wife Julie Affolter of Wakeman, OH; his children, Jessica Lavanty (Alex Jarman) and Jeremy Affolter (Denise); his grandchildren, Brianna and Peyton Affolter; and his siblings, Patty Aronhalt (Jim), Judy Davidson (Gary), Danny Affolter (Linda), Ronnie Affolter (Bonnie) and Doug Affolter (Jennifer). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
