He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Urban; his sons, Raymond Urban (Jennifer) and Max Urban (Denise); his grandchildren, Logan, Haley and Beau Urban; and his siblings, Kathleen, Marie and Joseph. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
