He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Penny and Helen Penny (Keller). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Penny (Chapel); and his children, Daniel Penny (Mylinh), Russell Penny, Troy Penny (Cindy), Shannon Penny and Shelly Penny. He is also survived by six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and one brother.
