He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hall and Ocie Edith Hall (Hunter); his brothers, Larry Hall and Phillip Hall; and his brother-in-law Michael Richardson.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Hall (Richardson); his sons, Matt Hall (Misty) of New London and Brian Hall of Wakeman; his grandchildren, Haley, Lacey, Bryce and Dillon; his brothers, Adrian Hall (Gracie) of North Fairfield and Hershel Hall of Wakeman; and his sister-in-law Allison Cook (Brian) of Norwalk.
