She was predeceased by: her parents, Helene Kathy (Katona) and Howard Cobb Jr. Kathy. She is survived by: her children, Kara Vandersommen of Norwalk, Brandon Vandersommen (April) of Vermilion, Benjamin Vandersommen of Arizona, Andrew Vandersommen (Julianna) of New London and Gregory Vandersommen Sr. (Roberta Vandersommen); her great grandchild Mila; her granddaughter Katelyn Vandersommen; and her siblings, Mary Helen, Turp, John, Charlie and Mike Cobb. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
