With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julie Duncan (Wakeman, Ohio), born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2020 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary E. Penrod and Stephen D. Penrod. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence D. Duncan; her siblings, Tammy Cherry, Thomas Penrod and Delbert Penrod; her children, Timothy A. Putnam Jr. (Monica), Amber Putnam and Joshua Duncan; and her grandchildren, Tallan Putnam and Riley Putnam.
