We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2023, at the age of 96, Jessie Marie Phillips of Wakeman, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thompson and Ida Thompson (Hardwick); her spouse Goldmon Phillips; and her sisters, Rosetta Watson, Ora Bertrum, Opal Carlton and Betty Jean Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Wilma Russell (Tom), Margie Phillips, Richard Phillips (Vicki) of Collins and Howard Phillips (Ginger); her grandchildren, Heidi Kerklin (Phillips), Thomas Russell Jr., Bill Russell, Jennifer Phillips and Roby Phillips; and her brother Estil Thompson. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter.
