With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E Tansey of Wakeman, Ohio, born in Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on January 24, 2021 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James E Tansey to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Sr Tansey and Berneita Tansey; and his brother-in-law Bob Foltz. He is survived by: his wife Mary Tansey of Wakeman; his daughters, Linette Tansey of Wakeman and Julie Tansey of Tiffin; his stepson Michael Simon (Lisa) of Norwalk; and his siblings, Martha Foltz of Deshler, Teresa Caldwell (Reid) of Athens, Nelson Tansey (Dianne) of Kalamazoo, MI and Martin Tansey (Suzanne) of Wakeman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family who want to come are welcome to attend, but due to Covid-19, we are asking that people be careful to maintain social distancing, wear masks, and refrain from embracing.
