He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Pippert (Ashby); his children, Nancy Pippert, Donna Pippert, Cynthia Knapp (Gary) and Timothy Pippert; his grandchildren, Jennifer Taft (Patrick), Zachary Pippert, Joshua Pippert, Christopher Grogg, Wayne Knapp (Lisa) and Wendy Knapp; and his sister Marilyn Ziegler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
