She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Wheeler and Rhoda Wheeler (Ferguson); her former husband Roland Keith; her husband Leon Butler; her daughter Debbie Tock; and her siblings, Florence, Marie, Ralph, Wayne and Edna.
She is survived by: her children, Richard "Dick" Keith (Linda), Karen Grills (John) and Caroll "Bugsy" Butler (Linda); and her sister June Hershey of Columbus. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren.
