She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Balfour and Anna Balfour (Susan); her husband Gerald Hicks Sr. (Jerry); her son Gerald Hicks Jr. (Jerry); and her siblings, June Wolford (Fred) and Lawrence Balfour (Sandy).
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Peavey (Jody), Julie Berlinski and Suzanne Chandler; and her grandchildren, Molly Chandler (Christine Gerome), Kayla Berlinski, Erik Peavey (Ashley), Blake Peavey and Travis Berlinski. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews.
