She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Tusinski and Willie Sawyers (Bunton); and her brother Joey Tusinski. She is survived by: her husband William Holmes III; her daughters, Anita Forgacs (Eric) of Wakeman and Megan South (Curtis) of El Paso, TX; and her grandchildren, Lia and Liam (Anita).
