He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Baker and Margaret Baker (Mossholder); his wife Anna Baker (Saas); and his siblings, Virginia Grace, Betty Jane, Thelma Marie, Anna Margaret, Chester Eugene, Edward, Carl Francis and Charles Baker Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Wash (David); and his siblings, Deloris Mae Bungard, Mary Elizabeth Ream and Donald Lee Baker. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews.
