He is survived by: his wife Susan Paynter (McMahon); and his children, Scott Paynter of Carey, Jim Paynter (Kim) of Wakeman, Steve Paynter (Bobbie) of Wakeman, Tammy Morehart (Jerry) of Findlay and Kelly Champ (Dave) of Arlington, OH. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
