He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Butler and Gladys Butler (Wheeler); his sister Debbie Tock; his parents-in-law, Harold and Edith Bowman; his brother-in-law Dean Bowman; and his niece Stacey Bowman.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Butler (Bowman); his daughters, Stephanie Wetzel (David), Allison Kauble (Marc), Autumn Thomas (Seth) and Ashley Kinney (Jeff); his grandchildren, Lane, Kaden, Maylee, Ashlyn, Layken, Landen, Adah, Jude, Mason, Claire, Corynne, Myra and Hudson; his siblings, Dick Keith (Linda) and Karen Grills (John); his brother-in-law Steve Tock; and his pets, Gracie, Molly and Annie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
