She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Moore; her parents, John Henry and Nona Maynard (Chambers); and her sisters, Alta Workman and Dawn Matney.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Davis (Bob), Mary Jo Fields (Reno), Anthony "Tony" Moore (Kathleen) and Jerry Moore. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great-granchildren.
