He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Jr. Moore and Bobbie Moore (Maynard); and his brother-in-law Reno Fields. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Moore (French) of Wakeman, OH; his son Andrew Moore; and his siblings, Jerry Moore, Connie Davis (Robert) and Mary Jo Fields. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
