He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Yonkich Jr. and Mary A. Yakubik (Schillinger); and his stepfather William J. Yakubik Sr.. He is survived by: his brother Joseph Yakubik; his children, Jacob Yakubik (Alex), Hannah Yakubik, William J. Yakubik III (Ellen), Matthew Yakubik, Andrew M. Yakubik (Anne) and Alec Yakubik; and his stepchildren, Joy Cervenka and Spring Robinson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and nephews.
