He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Banks and Ellen Banks; his grandson Jacob; and his siblings, Jackie, Curtis, Randy Banks and Janet Dixon (Bob).
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his sons, Jack Banks (Kelly) and James Banks (Kim); his grandchildren, Sara (Stellan), McKenna, Isabella and Peyton Smith (Trevor); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Banks (Curtis), Sherian Ward (Mike) and Jim Meadows (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
