He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson and Catherine; his brothers, Nelson Jr. and Donald; and his sisters-in-law, Velma and Verna.
He is survived by: his wife Billie; his son Richard Sr.; his grandchildren, Christy Vincent (Heith) and Richard Jr. (Justine); his great grandchild Heather Vincent; and his great great grandchildren, Harper and Annabelle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Walter T. Wise, age 87, passed November 29, 2018 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's.
