She was predeceased by: her grandchild Osborn Weaver; her husband Stanley E. Price; her sister Lily Sykes; and her sons, Stanley E. Price, Jr. and Richard H. Price.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Marie Weaver. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
