He was predeceased by: his mother Carrie Kozak; and his sister Eileen Potts. He is survived by: his wife Dortha; his daughter Libby Barlow (Fred); his sister Linda Lance; and his grandchildren, Cheryl Barlow, Lisa Maxwell (Eddy) and Molly.
