He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his parents, Hazel Trent (Boisett) and Lace Trent; his son Ken; his stepfather Emil Boisett; his brothers, William and David Trent (Bud); his parents-in-law, Heber Gardner and Hilda Gardner (Long); his siblings-in-law, Halley, Charles, Warren, Robert Gardner, Arnold Shook, Dick Warner, John Lent, Vance T. Jarvis, Dorothy Trent, Elizabeth, Lois Gardner, Nina Shook and Alice Warner; and his nephews, Robert Warner and Edward Gardner.
He is survived by: his children, Dan (Mary) of Amherst and Tina Kochis (Michael) of Naples, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, James Gardner (Shelly) of Lady Lake, Jerry Gardner (Mary) of Copley, Mary Lent of Tempe and Frances Papp of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held due to COVID concerns.
