With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemary E. Lowe of Wadsworth, Ohio, born in Creston, Ohio, who passed away on January 24, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison W. Shannon and Frances Ruth Shannon (Mohler); her daughter Patty Frazier Ralston; and her sisters, Donna Robinson and Marilyn Juilleret.

She is survived by: her children, Ron (Juanita Lowe), Jim Lowe of Rittman, Jon (Jannie Lowe) and Lisa (Bob Porter); and her grandchildren, Georgianna Lowe, Bubba Porter, Mason Porter, Chandler Lowe, Jarodd Ralston, Samantha Ralston and Rainelle Elliott.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc. or to the donor's favorite charity.
