He is survived by: his wife Beth; his son Toby; his daughter-in-law Alison Blake; his daughter Stephanie Blake; his grandchildren, Savannah, Tessa, Mason, Leah and Chase; his daughter Diane Gangle; his brother Bill of Wadsworth; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Blake Jr. of Wadsworth, Rick and Wynkoop of Cummings, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
