He was predeceased by: his brother Bob Johnson; his nephew Pat Johnson; and his half-brother Paul Barnett. He is survived by: his children, Tasha Witte, Brad Poder, Madeline Johnson and Geoff Johnson; his grandsons, Carter and Jaxson; his nephew Robert Johnson (Leah); and his nieces, Tiffany Kerkpatrick (Mike) and Jessica Johnson.
