He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lewis and Helen Lewis of Romney, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Susan Nelson (David) of Grosse Ile, MI, William Lewis (Lori) of Canal Fulton and David Lewis (Kimberly) of Medina; and his grandchildren, Kyle Nelson, Lindsay Fercho, Jennifer Ammond, Mitchell Lewis, Nathan Lewis and Aubrey Lewis. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
