He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. Dodge and Dortholene L. Dodge. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Dodge; his children, Brian K. Dodge and Brandi K. Dodge; his sister Linda S.; his brother-in-law Eddie W. Smith; and his brother Gregory A. Dodge. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
