Though Rebecca may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mollie Dolores Makin and Edward Wise; her husband David Smith; her brother Daniel Wise; her nephew Richard; and her niece Vanessa.
