He was predeceased by: his father Charles H. Miller; his granddaughter Katie Miller; and his brothers, Burdell and Roy Miller. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Tom Miller (Tammy), Terry Miller (Karie), Tami Straub (late Roger) and Traci Albaugh (Matt); and his sister Luella Labik. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
