Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Philip Smith of Wadsworth, Ohio, born in Orange, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 95, on September 21, 2020. He was predeceased by: his wife Anne R. Smith; his brother Robert; and his daughter-in-law Teresa. He is survived by: his sons, Steven (Sukie), Jeffrey (Lolly), Brian (Jeanine), Eric (Diane) and Roger (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Amanda Patterson (Michael), Adam (Kate), Katie Caperton (Brian), Craig, Rachel, Emily, Hannah Reinholt (Brody) and Trevor; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Simon, Zachary, Olivia, Margaret, Abigail and Jackson.
Facial coverings will be required and social distancing will be observed.
