He is survived by: his wife Patricia A Payne; his children, Stephanie Payne, Debora Wise, Sonja Halstead, Paula Birkbeck (Don) and Wesley Annach (Andrea); and his siblings, Alan (Millie), Bill (Leah), Susie, Liz (Mickey) and Brenda. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren & great grandchildren.
