It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul Foreman (Wadsworth, Ohio), who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foreman and Nancy Foreman (Thalacker); and his brother Mark Foreman. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his daughters, Kayla Farnsworth (Tylar) and Amanda Afoa (Fila); his stepson Tyler Schartel (Justine); his grandchildren, Evan, Atlas, Lila Farnsworth, Scott Acer Schartel, Lola, Koa and Luana Afoa; and his siblings, Michael Foreman (Lorrie) and Katherine Foreman Sitler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
