He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard V. "Mike" and Dorothy Helen Thompson; and his stepsister Georgia Ann Kennedy of Fort Wayne, Indiana.. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, Kimberly Ann Thompson and Amy Ishee; his son-in-law Dan Ishee; and his grandchildren, Jack Daniel and Riley Grace Ishee. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, and numerous nephews and nieces.
