We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2020, at the age of 82, Patricia Holmes of Wadsworth, Ohio, born in Medina, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kort and Lucille Kort; her husband Charles F. Holmes, Jr.; her son Loren A. Holmes; and her brothers, Richard Kort and Robert Kort.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Holmes (Jana) of Medina, Lori Smith (Keith) of Litchfield and Lynette Hoffman (Scot) of Wadsworth; her grandchildren, Missy Holmes of Wadsworth, Michelle Harris (Jon) of Medina, Brian Smith of Medina, Kellie Smith-Dash (Chad) of Medina, Charlie and Cylie Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Brock, Noah, Donovin, Michael, Brittnie, Makenzie and Harlow; her sister-in-law Rena Thomas (Ron) of Lodi; and her brother Garry Kort (Debbie).
In Lieu of Flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, or to any animal charity of choice.
