Blake (Wadsworth, Ohio), born in Prichard, West Virginia, who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fisher Blake and Lena Blake (Ratliff); his wife Bonnie DeLong; and his children, Dennis Blake of Wadsworth, David Blake of Wadsworth, Jerry Blake (Chrissy) of Wadsworth, Pamela Yoder (Tim) of Creston and Kathy Loughry (Don) of Wadsworth.
