She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Ford and Merle Ford; her husband James; and her grandson Bobby Iafelice. She is survived by: her son Robert J.; her daughter-in-law Sharon Iafelice of Florida; her daughter Christine Iafelice; her son-in-law Toby Butt of Medina; and her granddaughter Dr. Erica Iafelice of Chicago. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
