She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Jacki Houk (David Houk Sr.). She is survived by: her husband David Houk; her sons, David Houk (Janet) and Michael Houk; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Houk and Linda Sorrell (Dick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
