He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Spice; his wife Cathy Anderson; his siblings, Loren Spice and Lynn Gray; and his daughter Shelley Blount.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debi Weinberg (Saul) of Solon and Jeni Gray (Rick) of West Salem, Ohio; his son-in-law Bill Blount; his sister Carol Calkins of Bellevue, Ohio; his grandchildren, Shaunna, James, Dustin, Jake, Meghan, Connor and Alli; and his great grandchildren, Brodyn, Kellan, Avery, Madelyn, Gracelynn, Harper and Penelope.
