He is survived by: his father Raymond Foutty; his sister Michelle; his brother-in-law Frank Waugh; his niece Briann Waugh; his nephew Garret Waugh; and his cousins, Chri and Jaclyn Kelcher. He is also survived by 2 great nephews, numerous aunts, uncles.
