With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Bauer of Wadsworth, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on January 6, 2024 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bauer and Patricia Bauer; his sister Tracee D. Bauer; his grandparents, Willard, Catherine Hoffman and Irene Bauer; and his close friends, Bert, Willie and Brian Long.
He is survived by: his siblings, Zachary S. Bauer (Shannon) and Catherine I. Frankina (Tony); his nieces and nephews, Ian Bauer (Shannon Miller), Angie Frankina (Dave), Brooke Bauer, Demetri Frankina, Mitchell Frankina, Trevor Gebhardt, Anna Salazar (Ricardo), Marissa Gebhardt and Erik Gebhardt (Monique); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Benjamin, Rian Bauer, Nora and Teddy Gebhardt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles cousins and many friends.
