He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannette Perry (Schaefer) and Tony Perry (Tony); and his brother Anthony Perry. He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Perry (Connie), Pam Handshue (Dan), Judy Wheeland (Gary) and Michelle (Royce); and his friend Mary Lou. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart St. Vincent de Paul Society or the Wadsworth Salvation Army.
