She was predeceased by: her husband James; her son Thomas Sr.; and her grandson Thomas Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Susan Kohanski (Lee), Mary Krizay (Kane), James Krejci (Patti), Paul Taylor (Stacy), Chuck Krejci (Carol) and Richard Krejci (Christy). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, & 18 great-grandchildren.
