He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ogurchak and Margaret Ogurchak (Verdon). He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Joanne Holbert (Michael), Doreen Brindley (Bruce), David, Mark, Kevin (Sandy) and Brian Ogurchak; his grandchildren, Maryanne Arnold (Ollie), Matthew (Lindsay), Derrick (Emily), Nathan Holbert (Kristen), Hannah Herrick Runge (Derek), Courtney Stringfield and Conner Herrick; his great grandchildren, Ollena, Arlena, Olivia, Audrey, Oliver, Amaya Arnold, Fallon and Lauren Holbert; his sister Joyce Eberhardt; his sisters-in-law, Helen Gahera and Marie Gasser (William); his friends, Don and Judy Fightmaster; and his son Curtis Herrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
