He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Swigart and Thelma Howard Swigart; and his grandson Jason Carruthers. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Swigart; his children, Sandra Swigart and Mark Swigart; his granddaughter Stephanie Carruthers Danko (Michael); and his great grandchild Jackson.
