He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Webb and Ruth Webb (Jackson); his son Timmy Webb; his siblings, Marvin Webb and Wilma Jean Hooser; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Webb, Lindell Hooser and Samuel Morgan; and his siblings, Ronnie and Bonnie Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Miller; his son Duke Webb (Pauletta) of Rittman; his granddaughters, Sonya Hayward (Marcus) of Chesapeake, VA and Samantha Webb of Orrville; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Leela Hayward of Chesapeake, VA and Corrine Kick of Orrville; and his siblings, Earl "Scott" Webb (Pat) of Rittman, Fred Webb of Rittman, Lulla Belle "Doodle" Morgan of Rittman, Maxine Swinderman of Rittman, Helen Arnold (Eugene) of Wadsworth, Sharon Brown (Dave) of Rittman, Linda Boreman (John) of Orrville and Sheila Wiley (Daniel).
